UPSF (United Pet and Scholarship Fund) will need to see a
current financial summary including a previous year financial
summary and the amount of funding your organization is
requesting and why: the financial
summary information can be sent as an attachment.
Requests for funding must be done by an official representative
from your location and requests have to be made annually.
Only one request per year is allowed at this time.
Your request is no guarantee of acceptance nor if the amount
that you are requesting will be matched or exceeded. All
applicants will be considered rejected unless contacted by UPSF
via a reply to the original email requesting the funds. If
your request is accepted, you will be notified if accepted
and the amount approved by UPSF. Please be sure that your
spam filter will accept the address that you are sending to for
UPSF.
If your application is approved, your organization will be
notified as to how and when funds from UPSF will be distributed
to your tax exempt organization.
By requesting funding from UPSF, your organization agrees to to
put our name and/or logo and a link to our home page at:
www.unitedpet.org with a
thank you message from your organization to UPSF.
Your thank you may help our organization with assistance of
funding for future applicants, including your organization, and
help with website presence for better placement on search
engines. Your 'thank you' will also show other applicants
that UPSF was helpful to your pet organization which may also
help them feel comfortable with helping UPSF to promote what we
do.
All requests will be reviewed by our UPSF Team and acceptance of
your request including the amount agreed will be sent to you at
the
email address that you sent your request from.
Please note: Funds are only available if donations are
made to
UPSF and we have money to distribute. If your request is
received but no funds available, your request will be denied and
you will be contacted by a reply to your email request. No
other forms of communication will be used. You can put in
a request in six months from the date of your original email
date and we can review your request a second time for the
current year of your application.
United Pet and Scholarship Fund reserves the right to reject
and/or accept requests and to determine what amount of funding,
if any, will be granted to the organization who is requesting
the funds.
By requesting funding, you give
United Pet and Scholarship Fund the right to perform a
background check on the organization who is making the request
for funding. This may also include checking with
Government agencies and/or other background media.
If UPSF determines that the organization requesting
funding does
not meet our criteria for funding, the request for funding will
be denied
and a reply email sent stating that funding has been denied.

requests funding from UPSF
Each new application will be reviewed and a determination will be made
for acceptance or rejection of said application email
